Minimal-electronica. A Londoner born and bred, Dyvr's expansive and deeply personal sound draws influence from the queer scene of his home-town.
His signature falsetto is always at the forefront, gliding through pulsing synths and creating a truly hypnotic blend of dark electronics, reminiscent of the likes of James Blake and SOHN. His poignant lyricism plays on the spectrum of emotions knitted into hiding and finding one's identity and community.
DYVR has received praise from an array of well-regarded publications including The Line of Best Fit, Dork, Earmilk and Attitude Magazine, as well as BBC 6Music’s Lauren Laverne to name but a few.
His latest release is a two-part EP, with tracks such as 'Shameful' and 'Half Awake' marking the release of 'Part 1' in 2018.
'Part 2' sees Dyvr's sound wading into murkier waters, with the release of 'Rising' in April 2019. The EP will be out in full in late 2019.
